・We may not be able to accept requests for proofreading due to printing and shipping issues.
・Once data has been submitted, it cannot be replaced.
・In the case of data replacement, you may be charged an additional 11,000 yen (tax included) for reprinting costs.
・Please use the following half-width alphanumeric characters for the file name you upload.
　Example) If the name is Taro Yamada and the upload date is August 1, 2024.
　　→　yamada_tarou_20240801.pdf
・It may take some time to upload the data.

＜For card payment＞
・The receipt will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
・If you require a quotation or delivery note, please write in the notes section.

・At our company, we have digitized the documents, and basically only submit data.
・The address will be issued as [Affiliation + Name].
