Regulation of the presentation poster

a)A poster is a single page of 90 cm in width and 210 cm in length.
b)The Congress Secretariat will provide the presentation numbers. Please leave the upper left area blank.
c)Please create a data file of 70 cm in width and 20 cm in length including your Presentation Title, Affiliation and Authors to be used in the upper part of the poster.

Information provided will be displayed on the confirmation page. Please check if everything is correct.
*If you requested to pay via invoice, your submission is complete. You will be contacted by our employee in charge.
❹ Payment

Please proceed to the payment page.
You can use the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.
*Please note that we cannot accept payments in cash.

❺ Shipping and Displaying
We will check the information and data provided in your submission and print the poster. We will also transport it to the venue the day prior to the conference.

    ● Please read the points below and check if there are no problems with your PDF data.


    It’s impossible to replace a submitted document. Please make sure your data is correct before uploading it. Please understand that if you wish to replace your data after submission, you will be asked to cover the printing costs (JPY11,000(inc. tax) per poster) for both submitted posters.

    *If you are using Office to create your PDF, color mode will be RGB. Please understand that the colors in the printed poster might differ from your data file. Fluorescent or other vivid colors can look completely different or darker.


    Q1:I cannot pay by credit card; can I use invoice payment?
    A1:Please select “Payment on invoice ” when applying. One of our staff members will contact you with further information.

    Q2:Are you able to issue a receipt?
    A2:When you have completed payment, your receipt will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you registered.
    Please note that the receipt issued by the payment agency does not state the addressee. Please contact our customer service if you would like to specify the addressee, product name, etc. on your receipt.

    Q3:Part of the data is blacked out when I export the data to PDF according to the checklist.
    A3:If the above issue occurs, uncheck “PDF/A compliant PDF” and check “bitmap text when fonts may not be embedded”.
    Some special fonts, etc. cannot be embedded, so please check that there is no font replacement or garbled characters after exporting to PDF.

    Q4:I would like you to proofread the data I have submitted.
    A4:We assume you will submit complete data, so we will print the data as is if we do not confirm any deficiencies in the data. However, please be assured that we will contact you individually if there are any deficiencies in the data.
    There is no proofreading confirmation function such as a preview on the website; however, we can proofread your data individually if you make such a request in the remarks column when you submit your application.

    Q5:I want you to delete the credit card information I used for payment.
    A5:Our website uses Stripe payments and we are notified only whether the payment is successful or not; we do not store your credit card information.

    Q6:I created the poster data with Mac keynote instead of PowerPoint, are you still able to print it?
    A6:As long as you submit your poster data as a PDF file of the specified size, we can print it no matter what program you used to create it.

    Q7:I cannot submit an application because the OS version I am using is too old, what should I do?
    A7:We can handle your request individually, so please contact our customer service.

    Q8:I would like to cancel my application. What should I do?
    A8:Please contact our customer service if you wish to cancel an application that you have already submitted.
    If we have not yet started printing, then we will refund your payment after deducting a refund fee of 1,000 yen per application. Please note that we cannot provide a refund if we have already finished printing your data.
