観光庁「国際会議総消費額」に係るウェブ・アンケート調査ご協力のお願い
平素より格別のご愛顧を賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。
さて、現在日本政府では経済効果、学術の発展、開催都市のブランド化等の意義から我が国における国際会議の誘致・開催を推進しているところです。その一環といたしまして、先日観光庁より「国際会議総消費額調査にかかる各種調査へのご協力のお願い」という書面が、貴殿の参加された、あるいはこれから参加される国際会議の主催者様に、メールにて送信されたところです。本調査は私ども株式会社プリプレス・センターに委託されております。
つきましては、貴殿が今年参加された、またはこれから参加される国際会議の参加者消費額を調査させていただきたく、下記の要領でウェブ・アンケートのご協力をお願い申し上げます。
なお、本調査でご回答いただいた内容は、すべて統計的な処理を行うことのみに用い、個別の会議名、個人名、数値の公表や他用途への転用は一切いたしません。

Request for Cooperation in the Web Survey on “Total Spending on International Conferences” by the Japan Tourism Agency
The Japanese government is currently promoting the attraction and holding of international conferences in Japan in the meaning of their economic benefits, academic development, and branding of the host city. As part of this effort, the Japan Tourism Agency has recently sent a letter by e-mail, the title of “Request for Cooperation in Various Surveys Related to the Survey of Total Consumption for International Conferences” to the organizer of the international conference which you have attended or will attend. As stated in the letter, this survey has been commissioned to us, Pripress Center Co., Ltd.
We would like to survey your spending as a participant of the international conference that you have attended or will attend in the current year, and would appreciate your cooperation in filling out the web survey as described below.
Please note that all the information provided in this survey will be used for statistical purposes only, and the names of individual conferences, individuals, and figures will not be disclosed or used for any other purpose.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could spare your time to cooperate the survey.
